Intervention Specialist
I graduated from Paris High School in 2000. In 2004, I received my Bachelor of Social Work from Texas A&M University – Commerce. I completed the Alternative Certification Program through Texas A&M University –Texarkana in 2017. I received my Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction in 2020 from Texas A&M University-Texarkana.

I am certified in Core Subjects for both, grades EC-6 and 4-8.
I began teaching at Chisum ISD in 2020, where I taught 5th grade math. In 2021, I began in my current role of Math Intervention.
I began teaching in 2016 at North Lamar ISD.
I have been married to my husband, Jeremy, for 20 years. We have four children, almost all of which are grown. Two are adults and have careers of their own. My youngest son is in college and my youngest daughter is a senior at Chisum High School.
When I am not teaching I enjoy going to church, spending time with my family, singing, going to the gym, and running.
