My name is Nicole Watson, and I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. My husband and I met in college and have been coming back to visit his family here in Paris since 2009. We are excited to finally call it home after all of these years. We are blessed to have two wonderful
children. My son, Brody (11), is my master Lego builder, robot engineer, and rule follower. My daughter, Blakely (8), is my sassy, full of personality girly-girl. My husband, Brian, is a graduate of North Lamar. My family is my happy place. We love taking new adventures to the lake,
beach, new cities, and anywhere the wind takes us. I also enjoy going to church, dinner with friends, shopping, crafting, socializing, and decorating!
Professionally, I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with my bachelors degree then obtained my master's from University of Texas - Arlington with a degree in Educational Leadership & Policy Students as well as my Principalship. This will be my 12th year in education. I served as elementary classroom teacher, Special Education Specialist, and Special Education Coordinator before becoming the Assistant Principal at Chisum Elementary. I truly believe that each one of our families send us the best they have, and they deserve the best from us! I love brainstorming with teachers, supporting families, and outside of the box thinking to maximize students’ success. It's a great day to be a MUSTANG!
